CEC has completed numerous traffic, highway, and structural projects throughout the region.  Our traffic and highway projects range in complexity from local intersection improvements to streetscapes to very complex interchange designs.  Our structural projects include existing bridge rehabilitations and design of new bridges (steel, concrete), culverts, and retaining walls.
