Mr. Malin is a Senior Vice President and Board Member at Carroll Engineering Corporation, where he oversees the Grant Solutions Team and plays a key role in the company’s daily operations. Since starting with Carroll Engineering in 1987, Mr. Malin has taken on various leadership roles, shaping the direction and strategy of both his departments and their predecessors. He provides comprehensive engineering services to private sector clients in Southeast Pennsylvania. Beyond engineering, Mr. Malin offers operational support and advice to clients on infrastructure asset management, policy development, budgeting, rates, and finance.
