Joel H. Ardman Vice President & Director
Mr. Ardman is a Vice President and Manager of the Business Development and Marketing Department, and a Member of the Board of Directors. He began at Carroll Engineering in 2005 and has more than 40 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. His responsibilities include bringing new business opportunities into the company, obtaining new municipal and authority clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring projects within the public and private sector.
