Phoenixville Luxor Luxury Apartment Complex

Borough of Phoenixville, Chester County, PA

Carroll Engineering provided land development engineering services for the redevelopment of a former industrial/brownfield property into a 205-unit luxury apartment community with an underground parking garage, surface parking, internal driveways, and supporting site improvements. The project required evaluation of environmental site conditions, stormwater management, grading, and site design considerations adjacent to French Creek. CEC assisted in advancing the redevelopment of the contaminated former commercial property while supporting environmental remediation objectives and compliance with local and regulatory requirements.

Vereinigung Erzgebirge Turf Club Development

Warminster Township, Bucks County, PA

Carroll Engineering provided civil engineering, surveying, and site design services to transform existing grass fields into high-performance synthetic turf soccer fields. The project included site grading, drainage improvements, and stormwater management facilities designed to meet NPDES permitting requirements. The completed improvements enhance field usability, increase playing capacity, and provide durable recreational fields for the club and surrounding community.
