We’re proud to share that Justin Jurkowski, Carroll Engineering’s Survey & Geospatial Manager in our Hillsborough, NJ office, was honored by the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of NJ (Metro BCA) with their 2025 Membership Award! The award was presented during the 2026 Installation of Officers Ceremony on January 15th, where Justin was also inducted as the organization’s new 2nd Associate Vice President.
