Civil/Design Engineer 

Location: Warrington, PA
Department: Planning & Site Design
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine site design plans, focusing on grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Engage in research to ensure compliance with state and local design standards.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and team members to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
• Contribute to QA/QC design reviews and support Project Managers and Engineers in various development projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• EIT certification, with B.S. in Civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a solid background in land development and site design.
• Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, and utility design.
• Familiarity with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals.
• A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to excel both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
