Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Must have experience in land development and site design
- General knowledge in stormwater management design, grading, erosion & sediment control, and utility design
- Familiar with regulatory agency permitting (i.e. NJDEP) and subdivision and site plan approvals, municipal codes, and ordinances
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to design multiple concurrent projects
Position Description:
- Review municipal zoning, land development ordinances, regulatory agency regulations, utility service research, perform due diligence
- Prepare or assist with concept plans, site plans, erosion and sediment control plans and applications, utility design on a wide variety of small to large land development projects
- Coordinate/correspond with municipal officials, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, project team members, and contractors
