Carroll Engineering Corporation, founded in 1973 and based in Warrington, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has grown to become one of the largest consulting engineering firms in the Greater Philadelphia area. The firm employs more than 140 people across southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey at offices in Warrington; Collegeville, Montgomery County, and Hillsborough, Somerset County. The company provides highly regarded professional services to a wide range of public, private, authority and municipal clients in the region. The departments within the firm act as consultants to each other to provide the highest quality engineering services. Carroll protects the interests of its clients and believes prevention is still the best problem solver in engineering.
