WARRINGTON, PA January 26, 2012 The Carroll Engineering Corporation (CEC) Board of Directors announced that seven new shareholders have been added to the ownership group of the company. "The Board is extremely excited about this opportunity to offer shares of stock to this distinguished group of employees" said Kenneth E. Heydt, P.E. President of Carroll Engineering Corporation. "We are looking forward to their infusion of ideas shaping the future direction of the Company, and to allow for the continued succession of leadership from within that has been a foundation of success at Carroll." The new stockholders are:
Allen Mason, P.E. - Mr. Mason is a Senior Vice President and Board of Directors Member as well as the Manager of the Authority / Municipal Services Department. He has over 25 years of engineering experience and began with CEC in 1997 as a project manager. Mr. Mason is responsible for all work performed by the Department.
Alberto Vennettilli, P.E. - Mr. Vennettilli is a Vice President and also the Office Manager of the King of Prussia, PA and Malvern, PA Offices. He began with CEC in 2007 and is responsible for all work performed by the offices for municipal and private clients. Mr. Vennettilli has over 25 years of engineering experience.
John Swenson, P.E. - Mr. Swenson is a Vice President and an Account Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department. He has been with CEC since 1987 and has nearly 25 years experience in all aspects of water and sewer systems engineering.
Joel Ardman - Mr. Ardman is a Vice President and Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department. He started with the firm in 2005 as a Business Development Specialist for CEC and has over 25 years of experience in the consulting engineering field.
William Malin, P.E. - Mr. Malin is an Account Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department and has worked for CEC for 25 years. Mr. Malin is responsible for work performed by the department for municipal water and sewer authority projects that he manages.
Sean Zhang, Ph.D., P.E. - Dr. Zhang is a Project Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department. He began his employment with CEC in 2000 and performs project engineering for municipal water and sewer authorities.
Brad Fisher, P.E. - Mr. Fisher is a Project Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department. He is responsible for planning, design, review and management of municipal water and wastewater projects. Mr. Fisher has over 30 years of experience and has been with CEC since 1993.

Jeans for a Cause 2011

WARRINGTON, PA November 13, 2011 This program, which began in 2007, allows employees to wear jeans one Friday every month for a $5 donation to "Jeans for a Cause" - all of which is annually contributed to families in need during the holidays. As the holiday season gets closer, employees may wear jeans every Friday for an additional donation. This money helps two struggling families fulfill their children's "wish lists" through CEC's purchasing, wrapping and delivery of gifts. Carroll Engineering Corporation has helped eight families with a total of 22 children since the program began. Local school districts assist by providing the names of families in need of assistance,

Little Warminster at Safety Town Opened September 10, 2011

WARRINGTON, PA November 13, 2011 The "Little Warminster at SafetyTown" project by Warminster Rotary and Warminster Township Department of Parks and Recreation officially opened during the Tricentennial Celebration at the Warminster Community Park. CEC employee and Warminster Rotarian Greg Hucklebridge as well as other CEC employees John Ives, Steve Murphy, Gary Zanolini, and Craig Mraz all assisted with this project.
This miniaturized version of Warminster Township includes streets and building facades featuring the names of the local businesses which will allow for interactive play where young children can ride their tricycles and big wheels through the make-believe town, learning the importance of safety and the "rules of the road".
